The Journey Begins<\/h2>\n In September 2019 the first meeting of saffron producers from the provinces of Parma and Piacenza took place. Small family-run businesses, young farmers, technicians, and professionals from the food culture world come together to explore the opportunity for an innovative project.

We choose agricultural companies and we develop technical projects<\/h2>\n Despite the difficult period imposed by the global epidemic of Sars-Cov2, 2020 was the year devoted to the materialization and organization of the idea. New companies and producers approached the project in a climate of cooperation and desire for growth. At the same time, the passion for innovation and the exchange of ideas and knowledge between researchers and scientific experts led to the definition of innovative projects. A precise action plan was outlined, and it was decided to launch an innovative Start Up focused on Saffron, where research and marketing would enrich and renew the interest in a culture with a millenary tradition and a remarkable evolutionary potential.<\/span>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/div>

We found the StartUp<\/h2>\n In February 2021 TradizionEvoluzione Eccellenze Alimentari s.r.l. \u2013 that became Percorso Zafferano s.r.l. in January 2023 \u2013 is founded! An innovative Start Up focused on the research and marketing of certified Italian Saffron.
